About Harrild & Sons
Named after Robert Harrild, whose pioneering printing-press works once stood on this Farringdon Street site.
Harrild & Sons takes its name from Robert Harrild, who founded a major printing-supplies firm here in 1809 — famous for pioneering the composition ink roller — that traded on the site until 1949. The modern bar nods to that history with an extensive bottle list and a members'-style cocktail bar, the 5CC, tucked downstairs.
On tap
A beer list running past a hundred bottles, plus cocktails downstairs.
Food
Bar snacks and small plates.
