On the corner of Canonbury Street and Douglas Road, this stately-looking pub combines high-ceilinged, rustic interiors with a seasonal kitchen. It has two outdoor areas: a sunny, west-facing terrace out front and a more sheltered back courtyard, with heaters for winter. A curious detail: it passed into the hands of a group of regulars who decided to buy it to keep the place alive.
