Reopened in 2021 on the site of what used to be the Auld Triangle, The Plimsoll has become one of the most talked-about food addresses in Finsbury Park. Its cooking, centred on the wood-fired grill and seasonal British produce, earned it a Michelin Bib Gourmand.
