About The Hadley Hotel
A Hadley Road hotel with a refurbished bar, a short whisky list and rooms, beside the common where the Battle of Barnet was fought.
Sitting on the edge of Monken Hadley Common, close to where the Battle of Barnet was fought in 1471, the Hadley Hotel was a family-run locals' pub with rooms for more than 25 years before it was sold and reopened in late 2019 as a boutique hotel with a refurbished bar. It no longer serves real ale, and earns its place for a different kind of drink: beers and lagers, wine and a selection of whiskies, with cocktails listed too. It also offers bed and breakfast, serves food from breakfast onwards and welcomes dogs.
On tap
Beers and lagers, wine and a short whisky list that includes Glenfiddich and Glenmorangie. Cocktails are listed; real ale is no longer served.
Food
Food from breakfast through the day, with British pub dishes.
