About The Orange Tree

A village pub and restaurant in Totteridge Village, close to the ancient yew in the churchyard.

Totteridge is one of the strangest corners of the borough — a strip of village green and paddocks that feels closer to Hertfordshire than to London — and the Orange Tree sits right at its heart, a short walk from the churchyard yew reckoned to be well over a thousand years old. It trades more as a restaurant with a bar than a classic boozer, but it’s the closest thing the village has to a local.
