One of the small alley pubs typical of the City, reached down Talbot Court off Eastcheap.
Like a number of the City's oldest pubs, the Ship is reached down a narrow historic court — Talbot Court, just off Eastcheap — rather than fronting directly onto a main road. It's a traditional Nicholson's cask house, quiet by day and busy with the Monument office crowd after work.
